PRO Week 12 Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet Now Available

Byron BylineBuilding a championship-caliber fantasy roster requires basic weekly waiver-wire management. We’ve created the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet so that in a just a few minutes a week, our users can make the same expert waiver maneuvers we personally make in our own leagues, throughout the season.

Whether you play in a standard waiver claim format, or in a free-agent bidding system – we’ve got you covered. Read the chart top to bottom, and use it like the Draft Cheat Sheet. It’s not mandatory to go after the very top pick up every single week – use some basic discretion. Insane value can be cultivated through the bottom of the Waiver Wire Cheat Sheet over the course of the season.

All players listed on the WWCS are currently on the waiver wire in at least 50% of fantasy leagues across all major formats.

*Our advice is to recycle an average of 1-2 players per week from the bottom of your roster into hot waiver-wire pickups for the current week. This can be accomplished via waivers, or on the cheap as free-agent pickups post-waiver period .

    5-6 must win game & the majority of my guys have tough matchups this week. Standard scoring. My lineup at the moment is:
    RB Miller vs SD, Martin vs Sea,
    WR Julio vs Arz, Parker vs SF
    Flex Moncrief vs Pitt if Luck plays, if Luck is out then either Ingram vs LA or Landry vs SF
    Bench Ingram vs LA, RBs Perkins @ Clev, Dixon vs Cinn, Wrs Landry vs SF, Coleman vs NYG, Tyreek Hill @ Den.
    Should I drop Coleman & Hill for Boyd, Lafell, or Watkins and start any of those guys at flex over Moncrief, Ingram, or Landry? What do y’all think?

      Watkins should be owned, but not necessarily started this week – Boyd / or LaFell should def be picked up- Luck prob out- we’d drop CC and prob Hill for either (check Maclin’s status)- also consider all matchups involved since this is a must-win week

        We like attempting to upgrade your WR, and wold trade whoever you could get the most for. Depending on how many WR you start- we might even package one of your current wr + one of those RB for an elite WR.

        We like all 3 of those players- prob Diggs the most- double check the upcoming schedules.

    Is Smallwood a must-add for all teams or only ones who need a RB this week? Not sure if he’s worth using the 5th waiver claim on in my big money 10 team PPR league where I already own Gurley, Miller, Howard, Hightower and Perkins. We only have to start two RB and obviously I’d drop Perkins for him but I’m thinking only if he clears waivers? Or is he a must stash despite Sproles probably returning soon and RM being week to week?

    1 ppr . I have Clay & Fiedorowicz as my TE’S. Brady (not trading just letting you know), Mariota & Kaep (as my QB’s). Other guy has Gates & Brate as his TE”s and Bortles and Winston as his QB’s. He offered me Bortles for Mariota (doesn’t really matter to me) or Bortles for Kaep. I’m really interested in Gates (nice schedule moving forward). So What do you think about packaging Mariota/Fiedorowicz for Gates as a counter?
