20 Pre-Draft Fantasy Sleepers
20 Pre-Draft Fantasy Football Sleepers
Byron Lambert, Rosterwatch.com
Sometimes these guys win championships. Often times they help you compete for one. It’s always good to keep an eye on possible sleepers as we head into next year. This way you can monitor their progress throughout the offseason. Here are 20 to chew on:
Anthony Allen, RB BAL- Ozzie Newsome told us how much the Ravens love him.
Bernard Scott, RB CIN- The Law Firm requires a good compliment.
Baron Batch, RB PIT- Mendenhall out. This guy is physical. Redman can’t carry the load.
Mikel Leshoure, RB DET– Could fill a nice power back role. Opportunities will exist.
James Starks, RB GB- Pending Ryan Grant’s status and the draft. Could be the guy.
Toby Gerhart, RB MIN- Solid in relief of AP last year. I expect early season production.
Jacquizz Rodgers, RB ATL- Could he become Sproles-ish as a nice compliment?
Shane Vereen, RB NE- The Law Firm is gone. Who will take advantage?
Stevan Ridley, RB NE- Ditto
DJ Ware, RB NYG- Had some nice game when Jacobs was out. Jacobs is gone.
Jordan Shipley, WR CIN- Fits in well. Dependable and athletic.
Greg Little, WR CLE- Has the physical endowments. Does he develop in yr. 2?
Titus Young, WR DET- Talented. Came on late as a rookie.
Devery Henderson, WR NO- With Meachem out, he could be the only vertical threat.
Eric Decker, WR DEN- The new Brandon Stokley?
Jacoby Ford, WR OAK– So explosive. Was he just Hue Jackson’s guy?
Vincent Brown, WR SD- Looked promising in 2011. VJax is gone.
Doug Baldwin, WR SEA- Sneaky good.
Jacob Tamme, TE DEN- I’m not sure if it will be him or Dreessen but I like it.
