Does the weather in Cleveland lower your ranking for Bortles any more than he already is? About the only person I could replace him with is Gabbert.
Also need a flex in a half point ppr between Mixon, Darkwa, Burkhead, or K Allen.
We like Gabbert this week. Close call. If you are worried about Bortles, go with your gut.
