The more touchdown dependent a player, the more likely we are to see a future reduction in their fantasy outputs. It may also be an indicator of week-to-week inconsistency. The opposite holds true for non-touchdown dependent players. They are likely to continue producing at their current levels – or possibly even increase.
Ray Rice is an alarmingly touchdown dependent 10-point player so far this year.
