PRO VEGAS TOOL: DraftKings Week 8 Flex Values Based on Vegas Player Props

alex bylineHere is a tool you can use in your Week 8 DFS research. We’ve aggregated all the open Week 8 NFL player props available to us to identify how Vegas sees the organic fantasy production occurring in Week 8.

Always remember, we talk about organic production at RosterWatch because touchdowns, while necessary to any player’s fantasy success, are unpredictable. By gathering the Las Vegas over/unders on receptions, rushing and receiving yards, we can compare the projected output to the DraftKings pricing as a tool in gauging the value of players while setting our DraftKings lineups.

PLEASE NOTE:

– These are not RW’s Week 8 Rankings. Those can be found on the rankings page.
– This is not a comprehensive list of all players, but we do our best to find as many props as we can across dozens of different sports books. Players will be added into the spreadsheet as the bookmakers put them up through Saturday evenings.
– Due to the fact that we pull props from numerous sources both online and private, sometimes props between books can differ, especially when getting them early. If we notice a major difference between two reputable books, we’ll update the sheet to use the average of the two.
– These are not RW official projections, but rather, an additional tool to aid our members in decision making.
– This is not the RosterWatch DFS Cheat Sheet. The Week 8 Cheat Sheets can be downloaded here.
– Players with no over/under receptions props available have been supplemented with implied associated stats based on season averages.
– The “Bonus” column is indicative of the three-point bonus received on DraftKings for rushing or receiving for 100 yards. Players with organic production projected by the bookmakers at 89.5 yards (rushing or receiving – not combined) or over receive three points, 79.5-89.5 receive two points, 69.5-79.5 receive one point.

  1. Great stuff Alex Ty!

  2. Best stash?

    Bibbs, Dixon, Smallwood, Perkins, Barber

    1. Perkins then Smallwood I think.

    2. LOL, shuffling between all the treasures of RWN. I still like Perkins and Smallwood as stashes. Bibbs could pop off immediately, and if Booker somehow went down- which is not unheard of from a rookie- Bibbs would be a potential season changer.

  3. Alex Ryan, freid, and Crowell
    Winston, Doyle, L. Murray

    1. Que?

  4. Picking 2 in a .5 point PPR. Crowell, Montgomery, Gillislee & Fuller.

    1. Check Trashman’s Flex rankings. If Shady is out you have to consider MG. We’ve always liked Ty Montgomery since scouting him at the Sr Bowl- but this thing is starting to feel over-hyped to me. Make sure and check matchup tool. I’m prob rolling MG and WF.

      1. Montgomery and Fuller for me.

  5. Cam or jameis?

    1. Close but I don’t bench Cam, I’ve learned my lesson too many times. Could not fault you for running out Jameis tho.

      1. Bold prediction- Newton leads all scorers this week.

  6. Standard league and need your help on my WR2 choice. I’m playing Cooper for my WR1 but need to choose between Maclin, Ty Williams and Moncrief. I don’t think I can handle another “good match-up” for Maclin only to lose this week by a couple of points. I’m 3-4 and need this win. My gut says don’t play Tyrell unless Talib is out but won’t probably know that until after the Indy/KC game. Feels like a crap shoot on my choices this week. Thanks in advance for any opinions.

  7. You guy’s are the best
