PRO VEGAS TOOL: Week 9 DraftKings Flex Values Based on Vegas Player Props

alex bylineHere is a tool you can use in your Week 9 DFS research. It’s quickly become one of our most popular. We’ve aggregated all the open NFL player props available to us to identify how Vegas sees the fantasy production occurring in this second round of the playoffs.

By gathering the Las Vegas over/unders on receptions, rushing and receiving yards, we can compare the projected output to the DraftKings pricing as a tool in gauging the value of players while setting our DraftKings lineups.

We can, of course, also use it as a tool in making decisions for our playoff-only leagues or for DFS use on other sites than DK.

PLEASE NOTE:

– This is not a comprehensive list of all players, but we do our best to find as many props as we can across dozens of different sports books. Players will be added into the spreadsheet as the bookmakers get them to us through Saturday evenings in-season and later in the week during the playoffs. Please check back leading into lineup lock if you don’t see a player you’re interested in listed on the sheet.

– Due to the fact that we pull props from numerous sources both online and private, sometimes props between books and line-makers can differ, especially when getting them early. If we notice a major difference between two reputable books, we’ll update the sheet to use the average of the two props given while accounting for juice.

– These are not RW official projections, but rather, an additional tool to aid our members in decision making.

– This is not the RosterWatch DFS Cheat Sheet. Cheat Sheets can be downloaded here once available.

– Players with no over/under receptions props available have been supplemented with implied associated stats based on season averages and/or recent trends.

– The “Bonus” column is indicative of the three-point bonus received on DraftKings for rushing or receiving for 100 yards. Players with organic production projected by the bookmakers at 89.5 yards (rushing or receiving – not combined) or over receive three points, 79.5-89.5 receive two points, 69.5-79.5 receive one point.

    Okay, question on my 7-1, 10-team standard scoring league. I’ve rostered only one QB/TE/DST/K to-date but thinking I should start planning for playoffs in weeks 14 & 15. I picked up TTaylor (other teams rostered 2 QBs and 2 DSTs all year) this week to supplement Carr and want to get a DST next week to supplement the Bills. Considering Rams, Ravens, and possibly Lions. I have Kelce and Jake Elliott and don’t think I need a 2nd on these positions.

    Unless DMurray looks bad/hurt this week, I think I should drop DHenry next week to grab my 2nd DST. My RB/WR roster is:
    MGordon/DMartin/AKamara/TColeman/DHenry
    MEvans/KAllen/THill/DParker/SShepard/WFuller

    I’d rather work trades but my league NEVER trades…need to find a new league next year. Do you agree about DHenry being my best drop candidate? Am I making this move (to pick up a 2nd DST) too early and better off to hold Henry a couple more weeks in case of Murray injury?

My team now is Hunt, Mixon, T Coleman, Darkwa, Evans, K Allen, Golden Tate, Funchess, PRich, C Davis, Rudolph, Brate, and Brissett…lost Watson.     Was offered Alex Smith for Marlon Mack in a 12 team ppr keeper league. I had been rolling with Watson and pulled Tyrod off the bench for this week. My only concern with this is I can’t use him this week because I already used Tyrod and he is on his bye next week. Would still have Freeman, Aaron Jones, McKinnon, Foreman and Breida on my roster. Should I pull the trigger and not be worried over trading for a guy that I can’t use for two weeks? Thanks!

      I’d say Miller is the safe, lower upside play and Cooper is more boom bust, obv w/ big upside- but he could goose egg you too. Figure out how much risk tolerance you have, and let that make the decision.

      I’d follow your instincts, this is sound logic. Brissett is “safer” but has shown somewhat limited upside. Goff coming off a bye vs NYG w/o Janoris Jenkins, I think has plenty of upside. Would play both over Cousins. You choose.

Doctson can score at any time, and might just pimp Richard Sherman a few times- but it’s a desperation play this week. And, listen- we are the biggest Doctson loyalists you’ll every find.

      Although, I think you can make it with JB + JM if you need to. May want to look at strength of upcoming schedules. DC hasn’t been model of consistency, but does offer the immense upside in any given week that you are looking for down the stretch and in the fantasy playoffs. Close call.
